I'm totally satisfied with the service I got from Rotorua Windscreens, I thought I could get the chip in my windscreen repaired but they advised me that the windscreen would need to be replaced, they contacted my insurance company and got the new job type authorised, confirmed that a genuine Hyundai windscreen would be used and booked me in less than a week later - when I brought in the car, it was ready less than two hours later, and it was beautiful work. The service that I received from Rotorua Windscreens was AMAZING. From the moment I walked in to see if I could get a chip repair or if I needed a replacement the team were helpful. I could pretty much get in the next day to get the replacement. They helped me organise insure even dropped me to work the morning I dropped my car and then bought my car to me. I would highly recommend Rotorua Windscreens to anyone. Outstanding service team!
