I would not recommend this florist to anyone. I placed an order for a dried arrangement in April for my mother, what arrived (late) was damaged and did not looked nothing like the item I had ordered. I was offered a replacement and a refund. They also offered to deliver some fresh flowers on Mother’s Day while she awaited her new arrangement. It is now August and I have not received a refund, nor has my mother received any replacement flowers.

Another amazing bunch sent to my partner. Thank you so much for your beautiful flowers and wonderful service. Will be using you again. Can not recommend too much. This place is perfect.
I’ve called on these lovely people from various different countries to organise a bouquet for my Mum. They are absolutely awesome. Friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. I Highly recommend.
Love the customer service. Feels like you are walking into a different world, so inviting and I love it. Good place to get a gift or flowers for any occasion. It’s my little secret spot. Would recommend to everyone.
