2 Stars for NOT BEING HONEST in your quote. I called for a quote, Kal from the office quoted a price + tax. She even confirmed in her email, before I agreed to the service. When it was time to pay, their invoice had a printed "Surcharge" fee of $19.95 on top of tax which was never mentioned in her quote. It is the PRINCIPLE that matters if you want to keep your customers.

An employee driving one of their large box trucks ran me off of the road. While attempting to merge they felt the need to floor their massive truck and prevent letting me in. I was forced to run onto the shoulder of the highway. super dangerous. Then to finish it off he flipped me off as he swerved through lanes of traffic. If the employees cannot follow the laws of the road, and drive in a safe manor, I would be very weary of the work they provide. Absolutely disgusting behavior, stay away.

When our water main broke, RPD reconnected me to the new water main by coming in behind the stove and going behind the kitchen cabinets to end up under the sink. The new pipe contacted the particle board of the cabinets which wicked up condensation necessitating a cabinet repair. RPD did not do the repair or reimburse me for it.
