Called a couple of "friends" asking them to give me a hand snaking a drain. Crickets. Called Josh at Rotor-Matic, done. Very professional and trustworthy. Thank you all for your help.

Phenomenal experience with Zaden from the first phone call until he fixed my issue two days later. Professional, down-to earth, explains issues easily and the price was much better than I thought. I would easily make this company my first phone call for future issues!

Rotor-Matic responded quickly when I called, gave updates as to arrival time, and fixed the issue within an hour. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

I've relied on this company 3 times: a drain unclogging, leaky toilet, and a faucet and garbage disposal replacement. They're honest, quick, reliable, won't oversell, and you know they do quality work. I've interacted with Zayden, Eric and Josh and they've all been lovely. I don't write reviews often but they've truly been wonderful and I hope they continue to do business this way.

Had a clog in the kitchen sink. Called Wednesday morning and they came to the house by lunch on the same day. Price was very affordable. In fact, much cheaper than what a roto-rooter would charge! Worked with Mike and he was a legit good dude. Highly recommend!
