The main drain on my house was backing up into the basement, I called Rotor-matic and within a half hour Charlie was at my house and diagnosing the problem. He quickly fixed it, and taught me how the drain system worked. Thanks Charlie!
We discovered our sewer backing up on Christmas morning. After a Google search I called Rotor Matic at 1:30 and was shocked that a kind man actually answered the phone! He said he'd have someone here by 4:00. Around 3:00 I got a call from Josh who said he was on the way. Fortunately it was just a clogged trap and he had it cleared in about ten minutes.
