Josh was excellent;. He came right out to our house yesterday because our hot water tank was leaking. Told us the tank had to be replaced. The next day Josh came right over with a new tank andt installed it. Service and communication were excellent. As a realtor I would highly recommend him to all my clients for any drain cleaning, burst pipe repair, leak detection, waterline replacement, water heater and sewer problems.

The main drain on my house was backing up into the basement, I called Rotor-matic and within a half hour Charlie was at my house and diagnosing the problem. He quickly fixed it, and taught me how the drain system worked. Thanks Charlie!
