Great service, very professional, Josh and his crew are exceptional to work with. They turned a 16,000.00 - 18,000.00 replacement job into a little over 600.00 fix it job. So grateful they didn't try to soak up a person's bank account like other companies were trying to do. Highly recommend using them, they are honest and truthful.

I had a partial blockage in my main septic line which started acting up over the weekend. I had the tank pumped which was necessary, but didn’t fix my issue. I called Rotor-Matic on Sunday morning and was quoted an incredibly reasonable price. Zaden, the technician, kept in touch with me by phone as he worked his way to my house; he was courteous, knowledgeable, and took care of my problem in short order. This company is simply the best. Impressive! Excellent service... Response was immediate. I'm a renter & within 20 min of contacting my landlord I recvd a call from Zaden S...another 20 min he arrived for the service call!! Clean, efficient, knowledgeable & PATIENT...I had questions...Many questions!!... he responded to each one wth professionalism. He did a great job 'Representing' the business!
