Joe Blows I had a new driveway put in last year by this company, and since then, I have a terrible experience with Joe Rotondo. First, he postponed putting in my driveway 3 times and called that day to cancel. I would understand if there was bad weather, but this was not the case. It also cost me 3 days pay, because I took all 3 days off to wait aound for him. When he did show up, he brought 10 mexicans that didn't speak english. Do not use this company I live in a house built by Rotondo Construction, in Hartland Estates. I purchased the home in 2000 and 7 years later had to begin replacing the poor quality windows installed. Many of my neighbors, now, in 10 years or less, need to replace their roofs due to inferior products. Our roads were supposed to be completed, but are not. His company is supposed to repair the unfinished roads, but all we get are excuses. I would never use this company in the future and would advise others to check the work the... read more

Does not pay their bills My only introduction to Mr. Joe Rotondo was being hired by him to photography a home in Hartland Township. I provide Virtual Tour photography in the Metro Detroit Area. Mr. Rotondo has yet to pay for this Virtual Tour and the delivery date of this Virtual Tour was 13 months ago. Joe Rotondo has yet to be professional and return any messages from me. I would never purchase anything from Rotondo Company's and I would hope you wouldn't either.

Doesn't back up his workmanship.. I would rather pack my rectum full of M-80's and hover over a flaming Hibachi than have Joe Rotondo do work on my home. He built a home for me and I've been waiting for 3+ years for him to fix my F'n concrete...as well as windows, doors, trim,carpet and floors. Joe is great at making excuses and poor at pouring concrete. His word, and warranty, ain't worth much.

Ken B I worked for this company and they do nothing but the highest quality of work for commercial and residential concrete. For someone who is looking for a great job and not concerned with some petty claim they didn't pay $2 for their virtual tour this is a prestigous michigan based concrete company helping to keep people employed in these tough economic times. I would recommend them to anyone in the metro detroit area,.

Thanks Canton for picking the worst company around, Rotondo Construction. (because, “they were the cheapest.”) Walkway isn’t straight/centered, step is lopsided/not centered (workers eyed everything; didn’t take measurements), easement torn tf up, yard torn up and filled with dirt, sides of walk not filled in, curb and driveway entrance damaged (which the owner said they won’t repair), underside of porch now rocks some because the company did a crap job at connecting the step to the porch (missing concrete). One of their drivers flicked me off while in their company truck. Called # on truck to complain to company, rude woman told me she didn't know if they train their drivers to flick people off, said Merry Christmas and hung up on me. Quality behavior!
