I just placed my first order with Roton Products, which were 2 very small and light items, could have fit in a small envelope. When I received my invoice I was charged $35.51 for UPS ground. I am aware that shipping cost have increased considerable, however, when the parts weight no more than 1.0lbs and can be shipped in a very small container/envelope, this charge was excessive. I understand if Roton has a handling fee or processing charge to ship a package, but it should be listed as a line item, not included in the carrie... read more

These people are great. They apparently supply stuff to businesses, and when I told them, "I'm not a business, I'm just some guy," they didn't immediately hang up on me. Instead, they filled my order for two nuts, and later had me ship the screw I was trying to fit. The screw had screwy threads, so they suggested I replace both the screw and the nuts. It worked, and my old vice is back in working order. Thanks, Roton.

They will absolutely take advantage of you when it comes to shipping. They don’t tell you what shipping costs at first because they will secretly charge you $20 to ship a single nut to the SAME STATE. And then they will do nothing to make it right when you call to let them know of their mistake. Will never be doing business again and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
