There was a sign posted that they were out of a ton of stuff, which is fine, but what they do have wasn’t made right, and our server abandoned us half way through our time there. We had to go find refills, and there were dishes left off our order. The wait time was crazy for it to not be busy.
On a pickup order, meaning an online order where we walk in and pickup food, my wife tipped $2 as a thank you for reminding her about red pepper flakes. The guys at the counter literally said "oh, come on!" So I guess we just won't come back. I know tips are a thing, heck we're great tippers normally. But I'm not spending an extra $15 on an online order where I have to pickup the food myself. We've been there twice and I guess that's all the business they need. What’s going on with this establishment? 4 for drinks and dinner(pizza). 35 minute wait for appetizer, no water refills, had to find staff and request second bd round of drinks. No connection between front of house and kitchen. Orders coming out late, incorrect and focus seemed to be on take-out orders. Tables not cleared and staff seemed unorganized. . If in Shreveport Louisiana give them a try. One thousand % better than the ones in Baton Rouge or surrounding areas.
Food was great! Trivia (Thursdays and Sundays) was great! Service was sloooow. This was probably my 3rd time visiting and each time the food, drink, and atmosphere were great but the service is always slow.
