In the past, I’ve ordered from this place often. I will no longer order from Rotolo’s. I used the Door Dash option to order on 3/22/25 (self pickup). I was notified that they didn’t have spaghetti after I placed my order. I received a phone call from both DD and the restaurant asking me what I wanted to do. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order. Someone at the restaurant marked my order as picked up in the system right before closing. The service and the management this place is terrible. We ordered food over an hour ago. My wife and other patrons of this place have been waiting for to go orders for over 45 minutes. This isn’t the first time this happened. I won’t be back.
Abraham was awesome!! Best service we've had there in a while. Food was good.
