We’ve been returning customers since they opened! The regular pizza is so good! Best in Southaven/OB. Good IPAs on tap, friendly staff always.
Came here with a group of 5 and left pretty disappointed. The service was decent enough, but the staff seemed poorly trained and there was no visible manager on site. Almost seemed as if the restaurant was ran by teenagers. I ordered the chicken alfredo and it was very bland and the bread bites were hard. The rest of my group didn’t care for their meals either, my wife’s salad coming out with brown lettuce. For the prices they charge and quality of the food, it’s just not worth it. Twice in my 61 years the service at a restaurant has been so bad that I had to go the kitchen myself and scream for the manager on duty. Tonight at Rotolo's was the 2nd of those. Still haven't eaten there....never got any food.
