This was such a let down. We’ve been wanting to go here for a while, and our first trip was our last. I can’t comment on the food, we didn’t get that far. Took a minute to be greeted, the restaurant was super slow so that was odd. Waited and waited for a server to by, was just about to hop up and grab our own fountain drinks. Place was not even busy took forever just to get our drink order. They ended bringing us one of main course before appetizers. Overall experience less than impressive would not go back again.
We stopped by for lunch couple days ago. Food was ready good however the service was extremely slow. We noticed that only one person was working the floor, waiter, host, and bartender. At first, I thought that maybe they were short staffed however my wife that works across the street at HEB stated that when she had stopped by for lunch were slow then too. Because the food was good, I am willing to give this place a try again before I put it on my personal No List.
If you are the owner or manager, your servers have no idea what they are doing. Imagine being greeted with a long weird stare and awkward silence, and then "oh, you want a table...". Server literally didn't listen, said yes to things that weren't true, didn't bring what they said, lied about it.
