Mateo Le is a service advisor for this location. I strongly DO NOT recommend him. I took in my vehicle for an inspection on 1/11/23 around 3pm and not once did I ever receive a call about updates for 8 days??? I called and called and we was always "away from his office"?? I left voicemails with my name and number and he never called. The front office lady Ana would always put me on hold and would hang up intentionally? No chance of doing business here without being fleeced, defrauded, or worse. Blatant fraud to induce release of personal information. Abhorrent personnel, especially the not-so-slick Willy in "finance". If they make a promise, expect that it was made solely for the purpose of exploiting you and with no intention of honoring the promise. Don't be lured in. Rotolo is an illegitimate, dishonest business operating only to ripoff the vulnerable and exploit ignorant customers.
