Jim is always quick to come and help! I have an older dog and I have times when I need to get the carpets cleaned ASAP! He has been available each time I've needed to schedule a carpet cleaning. The pet stains are gone and my house is fresh and clean. He is fast and professional and really knows how to tackle just about any mess my family has made so far. He is also always ready to answer any questions I have and it's easy to schedule regular carpet cleanings in advance. I recommend Rotoclean to everyone I can.
