If I could give more than 5 stars- I WOULD! Hands down the best guys around! Not only did they do an amazing job but the guy who was here (Greg I think is his name) went above and beyond for me!!! He explained everything he was doing, he took into consideration that my newborn was home while cleaning the vents, he cleaned up any mess he made, he was very detail oriented, friendly and did an amazing job making sure the job got done perfectly! Craig came and cleaned the air ducts which had not been cleaned in 18 years . House had odour from a cat and was vacant all summer ( closed up ) but after carpet treatment problem solved ! Now I can really begin to enjoy my new home here in St.Thomas ! Thank you Craig for your #1 service !
Sean, Jacob the carpet installer, and the cleaning wizard Craig were all absolutely AMAZING. Seems funny to speak about a carpet clean like it’s life changing, BUT the customer service, detailed work and beyond friendly demeanour of each person was far beyond a typical carpet cleaning service. 100% fair price with a beyond fantastic job, each person exceeded my expectations!!
