We had them come out for a very serious problem. They charged us several thousand dollars and never finished the job. When we had them come back out, they blamed us for the problem and attempted to charge us for the visit. I just left the Springfield City office where they told us exactly what the problem was and informed Roto Rotor over the phone while we were in the office that their tech was full of it and that we were not at fault.

Long story short- Roto Rooter quoted me $7500 to fix a leak in my basement. I had a second opinion come out, and they uncovered the actual problem and fixed it for under $400. If I would have moved forward with the Roto Rooter service, my basement would have been torn up, I'd be out the $7500, and I'd still have the leak. They did get the block out of the line, though, so if that's all you're needing, then you might be fine.

Randy Shannon was very informative about the issues with my sewer and provided solutions as well as next steps to resolve the issues. It was very apparent that Randy is an expert in the field of plumbing and is very passionate about ensuring the work is completed with integrity and accuracy. Technician was courteous, polite, and professional. Work area was cleaned after work was completed. Mickey was the consumat professional. I will most definitely engage Roto-Ruter (and request Technician Mickey) should the need arise in the future.
