We had a problem with old plumbing. It did not take long, Brendon was great at finding a solution and getting it fixed. Thank you Brandon.
Awful customer service, when I called he said he was on a job would call me back within 15-20min, hour later I called expert plumber Prince George he was here within 20mins. 4 hours later and haven’t received a call back from Roto rooter, do not recommend them.
We had a great experience with the plumbing service. They were quick to respond, arrived on time. The job was done efficiently and professionally.
Had these guys come out and clear the line to our lagoon, as well as inform us there were a few missing, buried cleanouts. Hard working guys, they came on time and fixed our problem for a very reasonable price. Can't go wrong.
Roto Rooter came today, and was the service was amazing... called yesterday and he got me in this morning...the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, he got my issue fixed up very quickly and then left my laundry room just as is was when he got there! Thank you so much for helping!!!
