After a clear discussion about the situation, a plan was agreed upon. However, when they arrived, they recommended an incorrect course of action. We ultimately had to hire another company to resolve the blockage, as it became evident they did not understand how a septic system works. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services and would choose a different provider.
I recommend Roto Rooter 100% for anyone needing quick and efficient plumbing service. Brendan quickly responded to my call regarding a drainage issue. I ended up having a couple of blockages in the service line to the lagoon, I was so relieved he had everything back in working condition very quickly. Thanks Brendan for your friendly and professional service. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing need I may have.

We had a terrible kitchen sink back-up disaster. We called Roto Rooter Prince George. They came out to our house the next day and got the problem resolved. The owner, Brendan came out when the job was done just to be sure everything was right. The service was fast, efficient and effective. The people at Roto Rooter were friendly, polite , knowledgeable, and efficient. We certainly recommend Roto Rooter Prince George to anyone with a clogged drain.
