David and Stefan were prompt and speedy! They kept us informed of the progress they were making and assured us that what they were seeing was normal in a house of that age. We highly recommend!
David & Stefan were quick to find and resolve the issue and even helped to contain or resolve a potential problem that could have developed. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter!
Dan & Stefan did a great job clearing a major plumbing plug.
Terrible costumer service. Called on a Saturday, tech called back and said he didn’t have time but could get me in Monday. I call Monday morning for a time and they tell me after lunch. I get a call around 3 saying they have to cancel and reschedule the next day. I expressed my frustration having taken off of work for them to come and not once was I told a this was a possibility. Dispatcher was laughing at me over the phone. Thank you for forcing me to support a more local company. Money well spent.
