Joe was great. Called Saturday morning they said between 1-3 but called and was able to make it 1.5 hrs sooner. Talked me through everything. Made sure to get things done thoroughly and spent his time ensuring it was good. I literally just closed on my house 2 weeks ago so I was super nervous about the damages. It wasn’t the worst and he put me at ease explaining the do’s and dont’s of further maintenance/prevention. All and all it was the best experience for a crappy issue.
