Always professional, and polite. One of the last times they came out my "beast" of a dog (100+ of pure idiocy ) ran out the door and most people panic when they see him running toward them. The guys didn't even blink an eye, and Jacobi called him over and carried him into the house for me 🤣. Greatly appreciate the kindness always given!

I was nervous about having our water heater serviced for the first time in its ten year lifespan, but I called Roto-Rooter and they were great. Not only did they flush and test the unit, they also did a complimentary water test. Turns out I have very soft water, which is probably why my unit is in such good shape despite a lack of maintenance. They also provided quotes for a water heater rebuild and replacement so my wife and I can budget for the future. Great service!
