I requested a quote for replacement of a few fixtures in bathrooms and the kitchen. When the first technician came out, we discussed everything in detail and he provided a quote- that was missing one item. I clarified this with the office . Another plumber came out to do the work, but had to return due to unforeseen circumstances. I placed a question on Nextdoor about installing a water softener that I ordered, and someone for Rotor Rooter replied with a decent price. They called me and within 30 mins two plumbers showed up. They quoted me a reasonable price and once I agreed, they went to work. I am VERY happy with the craftsmanship and professionalism. The final price was lower than their original estimate. I would gladly use them again for other plumbing needs.
