John was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me options of what we could do. Did not they to upsell anything or any service. Definitely recommend.
Plumber was professional and knowledgeable. Took time to diagnose and remedy water backing up into kitchen and bathroom sink while using the dishwasher. He also gave recommendations for further use.
We use Roto Rooter occasionally at work. They almost always do a great job. Highly recommend them.
We have an old house with a poorly designed laundry drainage line system. I have to call a plumber regularly to unclog the drain due to tree roots. I've not had great experiences with those plumbers. It either takes them hours, they don't have the equipment or knowledge needed to get the job done timely and have never offered me any suggestions to keep this from happening I decided to call Roto Rooter yesterday afternoon when the clog happened again.
