Randy (hopefully I didn't get that wrong 🤦♀️) was incredibly helpful and full of useful information. He was really kind and approachable. Did an excellent job, showing great professionalism.
Got our Line snaked, had some issues fall just outside the warranty window and the company honored the service and came out to get things squared away. Highly recommend this company
Randy and Coby are great, started with a plugged sink but ended up having the line replaced, because of age. There estimate was reasonable and workmanship is outstanding. Both men where polite introduced themselves and had respect for me and my house. If I have plumbing problems I will be calling Roto Router again
