SCAMMERS Quoted $2150 for a hot water heater. A lady was sent with them and pressured me to file a water claim on my insurance. My adjuster came today and found there is zero water in my laundry room. They’ve taken my base boards off, have all these machines in my laundry room for no water. Cody is refusing to put my baseboards back on since he was “fired”. No one is calling me back from the office I’ve called four times.

The service provider was very knowledgeable and took care of the issue in a very timely manner. When called, they were able to come within 3 hours- which was awesome. The technician also provided us with information and options for preventative measures.

Grateful with service throughout Roto-Rooter with yalls on call tech Chris and with David Hall and Cody Bain as well. Eric was the plumber who came out after assessing my problems with everyone else. He was scheduled out the next day in the morning and everyone was responsive with courtesy call and more. Eric explained everything and I appreciate it! Eric was GREAT! ALL OF YOU GUYS INVOLVED WERE GREAT!!! THANK YALL SOO MUCH!!!!
