I wish I could give 0 or negative stars. Classic scam artists! Before they ever send a real plumber, they send a salesman “field manager” to your house to scare you into filing insurance claims and getting them to do more work than necessary. Before he left, he said a plumber would come by. No one ever came. I had to call back to get one to come out and when the plumber finally arrived, he also inflated the issue and said he would have to take out my drywall (but not fix the wall) and that the cost would be close to $600 for... read more
