Rotor rooter was awesome and very friendly. Was able to clean my drain and get my basement flooding cleared.
Roto-Rooter did an amazing job on our house. We called them at 6pm as an emergency call with water backing up out of our pipes 5 inches of water already and they were here in an hour and got all of drains cleared. We were the last house for their expert Jonathan and he stayed until he got it done, we really appreciated that! He also gave us advice and numbers to help with clean up and restoration.
Johnathan was very polite and informative about what he was going to do. What he could possibly find. What could actually can happen with roots, pipes and drain. That we stay from down stair if we can. I asked him question he let me know what I could do and what not to do. I would recommend Johnathan to my family and friends.
