Jake was my service guy. Very nice and professional. Explained everything
Only service willing to come out on a Sunday. Every other plumbing company was at least 3 days. From phone call to arrival was less than 4 hours. Outstanding and professional service from Jonathan. Patiently diagnosed problem and diligently fixed complex clog. Very thorough with job, and more than reasonable pricing, especially for coming out last minute on a Sunday evening. Will only use Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing needs!
