I was really impressed with Ethan and the dispatch team. They were very knowledgeable and quick to address the problem.
I called for a clogged sink and which it was. The plumber was there for about 30 minutes and did not replace any parts, just used an auger. My charge for this service was just under $500 , this was highway robbery and I was undoubtedly cheated. I will NEVER use them again. Mind you, this was scheduled on a Thursday and completed on Friday( no emergency call out). I would not recommend these people for anything.
