super fast serv, they sent a tech out at 8pm very professional, and super friendly. not expensive at all
A complete scam!!! They “snaked our drains” for 1200$ ( we were just happy how quick they came out so we let them do their work, although very overpriced). While out they told us we had 3 cracks in our main pipeline so we needed a full replacement for 10k!! After trying to get footage of the camera for insurance they will not respond to us after multiple calls… probably because they lied. I have a rental in Millville and my tenant noticed a clogged tub. I was very pleased with my service. He explained very well about what the problem was and helped me understand my options in a very polite way. Honestly he was outstanding! Awesome dude! Will definitely use roto rooter again, for sure
I had an issue with my sewer line on 7-10-2024 around 6:00 pm. I called several plumbers and could not get anyone to come out. I called Roto Rooter and they had a plumber out around 9:00 pm that evening. Unfortunately our problem at the time was most likely a collapsed sewer line so we could not use our water. Roto Rooter sent another worker out the next morning and through camera imaging determined that the line was collapsed. Roto Rooter had their crew out come out and the line was replaced that day.
