I had an issue with my sewer line on 7-10-2024 around 6:00 pm. I called several plumbers and could not get anyone to come out. I called Roto Rooter and they had a plumber out around 9:00 pm that evening. Unfortunately our problem at the time was most likely a collapsed sewer line so we could not use our water. Roto Rooter sent another worker out the next morning and through camera imaging determined that the line was collapsed. Roto Rooter had their crew out come out and the line was replaced that day. Terrible experience and terrible people. Tech was nice. The rest of company are major liars and cant get their own stories straight. Had a clog on sat night, tech came out and unclogged it. Told us the price included a tram member to come back that monday and run a camera down the line to check for any issues. No one one showed up. I called on weds and was assured someone would be there wed. No one showed up. Called again and got beat around the bush being told the tech didnt do his due dilegence and the job should have cost... read more

Ryan was great. Explained what would need to be done and was very efficient. Would request him again.
