UPDATE: for last 2 weeks they have lied about a refund , still have yet to receive refund. If I could give 0 stars I would. Tech himself was friendly but just not that helpful. I was given a time frame of 5:14-7:41 and they arrived after 1030 pm. Spent 3 hours doing nothing useful and ultimately was wasted time. Never in my life will recommend this company

super fast serv, they sent a tech out at 8pm very professional, and super friendly. not expensive at all
A complete scam!!! They “snaked our drains” for 1200$ ( we were just happy how quick they came out so we let them do their work, although very overpriced). While out they told us we had 3 cracks in our main pipeline so we needed a full replacement for 10k!! After trying to get footage of the camera for insurance they will not respond to us after multiple calls… probably because they lied. Update: The customer service contacted me right after, the general manager intervened, and the service an came and fixed the issue. I appreciate the quick and satisfactory response.Changing the rating to 5. It is good that reviews work! Original Review: Honestly a rip off. I have a rental in Millville and my tenant noticed a clogged tub. So we called Roto Rooter and he came and ran snake and charged $653.61 (which is very high for snakes but I said ok as I thought we have a warranty that will fix the issue if it happens agai... read more
