Our 4th of July started with a visit from RotoRooter. Tim did an outstanding job assessing the plumbing issue; he located a pin hole leak and repaired within an hour. The leak caused our floor boards to buckle which is how we noticed something was wrong. Tim inspected the crawl space and put us in contact with the restoration guy to set up a walkthrough. All in all we are grateful that RotoRooter was available on this holiday to help up. 🙏🏽 thank you.
Isaiah came out this morning , explained the process of how everything was going to go. Was able to get the sewer line cleared of tree roots and get everything put back how it was !
Honestly some of the most down to earth people on one team. Rosario and the team made sure to answer ANY questions I may have had and made the work fun. I felt like it was the end of my world and they helped me see the bigger picture. I’d call them everytime they are needed. Thank you to the team for their hard work and dedication. My favorite restoration team lol <3
