Had another plumber come out to fix a backed up kitchen sink 3 days prior and he told me I would need an expensive hydro-jet cleaning to take care of it. I scheduled Roto-Rooter on a Sunday, Jordan showed up listened to what had happened prior and went to work. He made sure everything was contained and clean, he snaked the kitchen and managed to clear the pipe w/o using a hydro-jet. He triple-checked his work and made sure the pipe was clear, cleaned everything up like he was never there. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
