I recently hired Roto Rooter for an under slab sewer repair. The crew on site was professional and the repair itself appears to be done correctly. However, the pricing and billing process was not as transparent as it should have been. The company billed me for a 10 foot minimum excavation even though the actual repair required only about three feet of pipe replacement. This minimum charge was not clearly explained up front. I foster for AZ Care Rescue, and this weekend we experienced something that truly warmed my heart, especially in a workd where so much feels marked my moral decline.
