Doug was VERY professional and courteous and very helpful
I called for service on Saturday afternoon for a severely clogged main seer line drain. Douglass, my technician responded quickly, constantly notifying me of his arrival time. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He performed the service quickly and had the problem mitigated. Many thanks cor the great work.
Doug was amazing! Went above and beyond. Very kind, honest and replaced the kitchen faucet so quick! I would call again and ask for Doug! Just fantastic!
He came out as promptly as he could, and he actually honored the 30 day guarantee on the last service which was 29 days ago. The problem is old pipes, and the next step is to have them come out and consult about putting in a liner.
