Chris was great, very knowledgeable and professional with putting together the estimate for my repair.
John was a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. He came to do a video of my drain pipes and was able to clearly explain to me the situation with my pipes. He has great customer service skills, was very professional and Roto Rooter is definitely lucky to have a guy like him in the company. He should be recognized for his good work and ability to communicate with his customers.
To start by saying from start to finish, Roto-Rooter was amazing. I called looking for an estimate even though they were unable to give me one via phone. They were able to get a guy out about 30 to 45 minutes after I called and when I tell you, I had a emergency toilet issue they came out and delivered amazing customer service once the guy was in route. They told me it would be about 30 minutes until he got here and he got here in about 15 minutes instead he was super friendly. He came in assist the situation and got it done... read more
Chris was incredible! Was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. We weren’t really sure how all this stuff goes with repairing a water leak and he was excellent in explaining the process in a way we could understand. Would definitely recommend him!!
