I am disappointed with the service and the cost We called for repair on a Sunday morning at 11.:0 I was told the service would happen in 2 hrs Every 2 hrs the appt kept getting extended and finally when the folks came they gave an estimate of 850 (4.30) it was a simple valve shutoff issue that they fixed in 15 mins Upon asking why it was so expensive they said it was just the way it is They didn’t give any estimates for the part they replaced The experience was terrible and cost super exorbitant had this been told To us earl... read more
