The technician came for a short diagnostic visit and charged $418 without clear disclosure. I was surprised by the fee, as most local companies charge around $150–$200. Update (1 week later): I emailed Pat as requested with all the details, but I haven’t received any response after a week. Still no resolution regarding the $418 diagnostic charge, despite the technician being over an hour late and performing no real diagnostic work. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and accountability.
