Jeff checked out a leak in our front yard and was super helpful and professional. He took the time to explain each item to me in a clear and straight forward way which I appreciated. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and all around great to work with for our leak detection issue. I would definitely recommend him!
I had a very stubborn clogged tub drain. I called Roto Rooter in Walnut Creek. Then I met Alexis one of the most polite, knowledgeable, clean working repairman I’ve ever met. Such an excellent experience.
Jeff B (Field Supervisor) showed up within an hour after making my call for a clogged toilet. Showed up and explained my options and gave me a fair price. Was done and checked and double checked to make sure the job was done. And since he was there I showed him some other issues I was having with the master bath toilet and he again was helpful and professional.
