Journey man, plumber, Frank Saucedo was sent to my home to disconnect an outside hose from the outside faucet. Several of us here at home have tried to take the hose off with no success. He gave me some options and he proceeded with haste to take off the hose from the faucet. He did it quickly, always with a smile on his face and was very very courteous. We called them to look at our water heater. Were told it would be a free estimate. By the end we were charged 260 because they called and emailed the technician support for the heater and ordered a part. They told us once the part arrived they would bring it to us regarldess if we used them or not because the part was covered under warranty.
