I was very impressed with Roto-Rooter as they have years of technical experience and know how. They did a great job of fixing the plumbing of an old cast iron sewer pipe with a liner. A little pricey but the staff was great to work with and were very efficient. I worked with Jesse Gamon from El Paso and Atticas Martinez from El Paso and Las Cruces and both are very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their work.

After waking up at 4am to a flooded house, one call and they were there with a team of water mitigation and an experienced plumber happy to help. They have answered every question, been super kind and respectful, and have been getting the job done. Raul and Zach have really made this whole horrible experience a whole lot easier and less stressful. From the person answering the phone to the level of communication at every point, I am highly impressed by every person I have dealt with. Highly recommend them.
