What I really value about Roto-Rooter is that they can come almost immediately - typically within an hour of calling. They have very competent techs and they solve all issues quickly and effectively. I am always very happy.
I’m giving 3 stars , even though Francisco cleared the pipe .He was great!! Really went above and beyond! Cleaned up etc!! Then They sent another tech to go into a second pipe with a camera. However his camera didn’t fit so that was that!! I paid for both and asked if we’d get money back bc they couldn’t perform the work promised. No one ever called me back. I’m still waiting!!! They charged us almost $500!!! We still have a problem with loud noise when flushing toilet although it didn’t happen when camera guy was here!! Fig... read more
