Tristan was very helpful, informative and respectful. They were able to fix the issue while minimizing the mess. Definitely a pleasant experience working with the root-rooter team.
Roto did a great job unclogging the drain. They were suppose to be at my house around 7:13 to 8:13 pm showed up around 9:40 ish. But they did keep me updated that they were running late so good communication. Drake did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and clear about why he was going to do. He and had it cleared out in about 20 mins and spent no more then 35-40mins at my house. I felt like the pricing was insanely unfair $431 is what I paid after he took off $100.
