Drake was great. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Offered insights and tips even when I hadn’t paid for service.
The whole service was amazing, had a backup in the basement and within 40 minutes our tech Drake and a water restoration field supervisor named Roy arrived. Both where very professional and knowledgeable.
Drake was such a great technician he worked very quick and got the problem diagnosed and fixed it very quickly i wish all techs were like him and he was very professional
