Isaac and Ryan were great. Had a clog in our whole house p trap. Fixed the clog that night and we’re honest and knowledgeable about the whole process.
Charles and Matt came out quickly and handled the problem, on a Sunday even!
The young man (Ryan) they sent was really great. He explained what he was doing and he cleared the line. BUT, the scam artist who called later from Roto-Rooter who entered the downstairs apt without my permission and falsely declared the tiles on the floor and walls should come down and he would do the work!!! SHAME ON ROTO-ROOTER!
I want to say the Joe and Issac were great. They were able to help get my toilet fixed. They were nice and professional.
I can’t recommend Ryan and his team at Roto-Rooter highly enough. Dealing with a burst pipe in a flooded crawl space during this extreme cold was a total nightmare, but they handled it with incredible professionalism. They arrived quickly, shut off the water, pumped out the mess, and got the pipes repaired and properly insulated in no time. It is such a relief to have the water back on! If you’re looking for a team that is efficient, skilled, and reliable even in the worst winter weather, Ryan is your guy.
