Excellent company to do business with! Very easy to make an appointment; I was called first thing the next morning (since I had made it after hours the night before), and informed a technician was on the way. James was knowledgeable and very helpful, explaining what the issue was and what was needed to be done. Courteous, professional and a wonderful company representative. We were absolutely satisfied with the job completed. Will absolutely use Roto-Rooter again in the future!

Best in class ! Technician Matt was a skilled professional. A wealth of knowledge . He and his assistant worked hard to resolve the issue and explained in detail what the issue was and how to resolve. They arrived promptly as promised and worked hard the entire time. The process to obtain service was simple and easy. I recommend the Roto Rooter team and service to anyone with a plumbing and related need.
