I’ve done business with this Roto Rotor location for years and this time was terrible. Technician came out to do the work during a typical work week for most people. The job was complete at 3pm and due to work meetings I couldn’t return a call until 4:30. I was met with a text from the technician stating “ A lean on the property will be made if payment is not provided by the end of today. Please contact me for payment”. Nate was our technician and did an amazing job. It was unclear where our problem was but Nate quickly called for help and continued problem solving until he was able to clear our line. He was very respectful and courteous. We are satisfied and would definitely use again.

We had issues with slow draining in our sinks. Our home warranty company left us with no help so I was forced to make a call. Called roto rooter and they were very quick to respond our tech showed up at our scheduled time and was in a van and also a uniform. He assessed my situation and got right to work and fixed both of our drains with the proper tools. Our tech Chuck was very helpful and very professional.
