Great communication, was super quick to get back with me and keep me updated on where their team was at points in the day before arrival, and job was done quickly. However even after explaining to them about finances I do believe they fully took advantage of me just because I was young and a brand new home owner. We needed help hooking up a new dishwasher and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Everything about the service was great!
Will came out today to unclog a stubborn blockage in one of our downspouts. He was very knowledgeable, kind and extremely determined with our problem. He was able to snake the downspout and find/resolve the problem! I would highly recommend Will for all your Roto-Rooter needs!!
No call no showed twice. Had to call to figure out what was going on. First time they rescheduled due to weather. Then on the day THEY chose and a time of my choosing that was confirmed, they no showed again. When I called to figure out what happened this time, they said it was in the notes that I canceled earlier that afternoon. I did not. I was at work the time they claimed the call came in. The people were nice, and I was never on the phone long, but the scheduling and communication is terrible.
Had Colt today replace are faucet and he did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and was super helpful and nice!
