No issue with the plumber but to charge a standard $452 to snake a drain in a new kitchen is ridiculous. One should be notified of what to expect before the plumber arrives and not when he arrive at the premises. The job did not take an hour to complete so to pay that amount is highway robbery. Cannot say I will ever use Rotor Rooter again.
Had a crack in my washer overflow pan. Had it replaced and piped same day. Came out great and prices are good. I’ve used them before and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
