Good work, but expensive.
I called Rotor-Rooter to help with an emergency drain clog situation where my basement was flooding. I was told that someone would be over within a 2-hour window. When no one showed up within 2 hours, I called back and was told that they actually made my appointment for the next day. So much for great customer service and same day help in an emergency situation. Roto-Rooter totally left me in a pinch and what's worse is that I lost 2 hours while the water was pouring out in my basement. I would never use them again.

My sewage pipe was clogged late at night. Roto-Rooter provides 24 hour service. Plumber arrived 40 minutes after my call. He had everything working within an hour. I am relieved Roto-Rooter was able to work quickly and efficiently.
