Oleg was excellent. The inspection was performed quickly and a team came out throughout the day to take care of the water damage and begin remediation. Oleg was professional, courteous, and extremely attentive. He also worked with me to get a claim filed which was much appreciated.

Oleg THANK YOU! We had a leak early Sunday morning, not only were we not charged extra for coming out last minute but same day they were able to find and fix leak. They were also able to help with processing things with our home insurance. Oleg was key in making a horrible Sunday morning into a bare-able one with the constant reassurance that if an6 questions or concerns he was a text or call away.

Initial contact was with Roto Rooters, had a water leak in our basement from septic, initial contact came out (Earl) who was great, upon identifying the needs at the home Oleg was dispatched. He was timely, fast, efficient and very helpful. From time of arrival to a crew having things cleaned up with humidifiers, air scrubbers in place it was inside of 6 hours. Oleg was very helpful, guided through best practices, what process to expect, and asked for contact through the entire process to ensure things were running smoothly.
