Had a mainline sewer backup on a holiday weekend. They came out within an hour, charged NO holiday/emergency/off hours fee, and when their estimate was higher than another I had, they agreed to match it. Proceeded to clear the backup in 20 minutes, and then followed up with a free camera inspection of the line. Total cost $700. For reference, another local plumber wanted $275 just to show up for an estimate, and gave me a price of over $2K when they arrive (over 3x what RR charged, for less than 1 hour of work).
