Both our bathrooms flooded, roto rooter was quick to respond and fix the clog and someone was out the next day which was fantastic. What hasn't been fantastic is the restoration process. They showed up 2-3 times unannounced. On scheduled time, they say we are first stop and they're not out here until after 10. Their "we'll be there in 30 mins" turns into over an hour or more. Scheduling was easy and the tech was on time, knowledgeable and professional. The cost was also very reasonable. We'll definitely call Roto-Rooter again in the future when needed!
