My husband called on 1/26 due to a water leak. Dispatch told us someone would be out 1/29. On 1/29 they sent an excavator out which is not what was needed. The man who came out was nice but said he’d have to get someone else out. Then on 2/1 someone was supposed to come out. They then called us that afternoon to tell us they didn’t have anyone to send. I will never use any other company because of Brandon, the plumber from Roto Rooter in Moody. He was knowledgeable, honest, determined, and friendly. We have an older house with older plumbing, which made diagnosing and fixing the issue difficult, but he got the job done quickly and at a great price. On Time Plumbing gave me my first quote, which they misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me $1,700 to replace a pipe, which still wouldn't have fixed my issue.
