This was my first time usi g Roto Rooter and i was nervous in the beginning so I prayed and G-d truly answered my prayers. Great experience with the prompt service. William was very efficient, thoroughly explained what the problem was, and was able to make the repairs in a timely manner.
Excellent service, they came the same day and fixed the problem. I would have liked to compare prices for same-day vs next day service, but in the moment I did not ask and they did not offer. So remember: if it is not an absolute emergency, good idea to get more information about the pricing.
