The work was done well and I appreciated the timeliness of the scheduling. A main drain in the bathroom was clogged. But nearly $1,000 for about one hour's work was too much in my assessment as a handyman.

Hosea from Roto Rooter did the service at our home. He diagnosed the problem and efficiently cleaned the sink’s U tubes in kitchen and bathroom. He has lots of patience and is very friendly. I am very happy with the work. I highly recommend and will use Roto-Rooter service again if needed.

Ngi did a stellar job and even cam back to our house to drop off a pumice stone to deal with some discoloration from a prior job. Really appreciated Ngi and Rotorooter!

I had called Roto-Rooter after I started having a water heater leak, and they were responsive to my situation (literally within a few minutes). I had the pleasure of working with Brandon, and he is absolutely the BEST! He delivered quality work, and he is just funny to be around. On top of that, he was good with just breaking things down for me so that I understand what is happening, why we need to do this, etc. I definitely will be using them again for any of my plumbing issues!
