Great experience with the prompt service. William was very efficient, thoroughly explained what the problem was, and was able to make the repairs in a timely manner.
Excellent service, they came the same day and fixed the problem. I would have liked to compare prices for same-day vs next day service, but in the moment I did not ask and they did not offer. So remember: if it is not an absolute emergency, good idea to get more information about the pricing.

The plumbing technician I worked with was the absolute worst. His name is Victor. I called Roto-Rooter when my basement flooded. Victor arrived within the hour and seemed very polite. We agreed that he would return the next day to replace our sump pumps. Relatedly, the mitigation technician, Jarrett, was cordial, informative, and highly organized.
