While I appreciate them for coming out.....I can't overlook the fact that somewhere there was a Lack of Communication between the Dispatcher and the initial person answering the phone. I won't go into the details......but I do believe the should get on the same page regarding what I customer will be paying for and what they won't be paid for......before they arrive at your home.....not everyone likes or is equipped for surprise fees.
Hector was very knowledgeable and helpful with the issue at hand and resolved the problem
We had some drains that were stopped up on our bathroom. I requested an appointment at 8pm and the next day at 830am Hector was already here fixing the issue. Within an hour he had fixed everything for us. We are very happy with the response time to fix this.
I had a water leak and called Roto-Rooter for an inspection. Technician Mark Angerstein came out and was incredibly professional and honest. He thoroughly inspected the area and let me know the damage was minimal—no scare tactics, no upselling, just the truth. Mark showed real integrity and didn’t take advantage of the situation.
