I called Roto-Rooter explained my issue with my toilet. Debra stated there was a technician in the area. Within 20 minutes Jonathan showed up at my door. Jonathan was prompt, professional and polite. He reviewed the issue explained to me what the issue was, what may have caused the issue and gave me several professional options to resolve the issue. I called 3 plumbing companies to fix an issue with an indoor sump pump. One plumber never called back, one texted me back the following day and Roto-Rooter fixed it within 3 hours of taking my call. They came in about $500 under the initial quote and were very professional and Vince A., service technician, was great. 5 !!
