John was great, and very knowledgeable.
If I could I would give zero.. worst company ever. Their plumbers are not even licensed or certified. They send a new plumber who didn’t know anything and was on call asking simple questions. Their negligence caused even more issue and all they do is send new plumbers and keep charging diagnostics fees without any results !!! Don’t use them !!!! They are frauds !!!
