Everything went really well. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a couple jobs and both were completed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely reach to Roto-Rooter again for future plumbing needs.
Didn't show up. My appointment was 2:30 to 3 pm, now it's 6:34 and they didn't show up. I called three times, and each time a different excuse: the plumber is running late, he's on a call, he'll call back...etc.
