Fantastic experience, had an emergency early on a Saturday. Qwayne was there within the hour and had us back up and running before lunch time. Extremely personable, friendly and timely. Can't say enough about Roto Rooter and especially Qwayne. Highly recommend.
Requested an inspection of sewer line from first floor to main line that was draining slowly; Troy, the service technician using a manual drain auger (snake) was able to remove calcium and hard water build up from trap and line to main line without disturbing toilet from the drain seal. Also recommended a possible blockage in roof sewer line vent. I did find some debris and removed it quickly with a shop vac. Line now drains normally. Professional, knowledgeable and most of all quick service.
Jason was professional and friendly. He showed up within 30 minutes of my call to the 800 number and my toilet was completely fixed when he left.
Steven was great, unclogged my drain and water is running smoothly. It was a longer than anticipated job but he was friendly and courteous and got the job done right!
