Underground storm drain was backing up. Called for help. The gentlemen who came were very professional and determined the pipe had collapsed. That cost me a few hundred dollars. But, so far so good... Then, they gave me the estimate to repair the problem which included trenching and laying new pipe, a one day job. Their estimate was 600% higher than everyone else we called. Terrible experience and I have been waiting over a week for a manager to return my several phone calls . He literally removed a clogged toilet he said with tissue and charged 480 dollars no main line cleaning nothing but an small auger nothing crazy seriously I thought it 99 dollars then I had a coupon and never got the coupon off just terrible
