Troy and Nick his trainee came to our house to replace a kitchen sink faucet. They were both polite and professional. We appreciated them taking the time to go out to buy a replacement faucet as well as help make it as cost effective as possible. Nick handled the install under the guidance of Troy. I has Roto-Rooter come out to and fix a leaking pipe under a bathroom sink and install a faucet. The plumber replaced an angle stop and installed the faucet. I had to have them come back an hour later because it was still leaking. After he left the second time, it still had moisture. I called again and they said they could get someone back out the following day. I called another plumber who came that night and replaced the "new" angel stop. I had Mark over to remove a clog. He also found some long term issues that I can plan for. Was a really great plumber and really seemed to care about his work. Got us open in under 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend!
