Technician, Ngin was so very professional, he helped solved the issue I was having with my bathroom shower, he went out of his way to go find that particular part part that was needed. Very well done!!
Ngin was great we had a leak we didn’t know and needed help at 8pm on a Tuesday! He came out diagnosed the issues and got us back to being able use our water again! Very nice and super knowledgeable!
5 new shut off valves David is very diligent Got the work done no leaks to be seen. Had David come back for some new work another bang up job nice and pleasant gentlemen
All I wanted was a simple Backflow Prevention Annual Test. The technician no showed my appointment. Took me 3 calls, a hang up and speaking to 6 different employees. Told me a plumber would come “within the hour.” To date, no plumber has shown up to my home.
