Had an excellent experience with Sergio (2942) and Dariel (0075) from Roto-Rooter. They quickly identified and resolved the issue we had in our building. This was the third company in Miami I reached out to fix the issue in my condo. Two other companies messed up the pipes and did not finish the job. Sergio and Dariel arrived. They were professional and knowledgeable. They assessed an issue within minutes, fixed and tested their work promptly. These two employees are a great asset to the company! Not only they knew how to address a complicated problem, they were honest and respectful. It was one of a kind experience. Thank you Sergio and Dariel!

I requested a quote to repipe the water and sewer lines in my house. The company requires an upfront payment of USD 800 just to provide the quote. They say this amount will only be credited if I proceed with them, otherwise the money is lost. This practice basically forces the customer to hire their services, leaving no chance to compare fair prices with other companies. It feels like a monopoly strategy and is definitely abusive.
