Unfortunately my situation (blocked toilet) resulted in services l did not really need and the $800 bill that came with it. In my case we just needed an air blast to finally clear the blockage which should have been the first option. The tech was extremely professional and courteous just the cost and execution was not good.
Arrived as agreed, diagnosed the issue with tech equipment, and resolved permanently. I would recommend Bob and his crew for all your plumbing needs.
Very efficient technician unclogged the shower by first cleaning the filter and the inserting air under pressure to clean the pipe. All done very professionally!! Expensive!!

The technician has no idea how to do this work. At the end of the job, the water heater was installed wrong and now I have to called to get a new technician to do the re-installation. Very en convenience and a waste of time for us.
