Excellent service - courteous and professional
Amazing super fast service. The technician found the leak, replaced the garbage disposal, in less than 10 minutes. It was absolutely insane. Turns out our last contractor that did our kitchen charged us for a new garbage disposal but just reinstalled the old one. It was a little more than someone off thumbtack, but after way too many bad experiences getting scammed on there with shoddy service, we just went big name and paid a little more. It's so worth it.
Technicians Sergio and Shawn were incredibly knowledgeable, effective, and most of all kind. They quickly supported me with a small plumbing issue in my father’s apartment and also provided valuable knowledge about other larger fixes to be performed in the house. I also appreciated the company’s excellent customer service over the phone and email.
We had a backup in one of our bathtubs . They arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly .
