I would like to highly recommend Roto Rooter for all your pluming needs. They do a great job and prices are reasonable. I had Jimmy Hernandez aka (Jim) Badge #1065 help my with the toilet issue I had and the years of experience under his belt says it all. He guided me through all the steps and advised what was needed for the repair and the communication was on point. Everything worked out great. I made the appointment online, which was very easy. Then received confirmation of my requested appointment. The service tech showed up on time and took care of the problem. On that note, Leandro, our tech, was excellent! He tried various solutions and eventually managed to clear some pipes. He was friendly and communicated through each step. I hope I won't need to, but I'd use this company again.

Unfortunately my situation (blocked toilet) resulted in services l did not really need and the $800 bill that came with it. In my case we just needed an air blast to finally clear the blockage which should have been the first option. The tech was extremely professional and courteous just the cost and execution was not good.
