There was an overflow in my basement and in order to clean it up, the toilet had to be removed and unclogged. It was a nightmare. I really appreciated Todd Michael and Jeremy who worked to get this sorted out. I had a lot of questions, but they were very patient and offered all their expertise. I will say that while I have zero complains about them, the pricing was frustrating! It was very expensive.
