Dominique went above and beyond including coming on his day off to make sure our plumbing was fixed and our water was turned back on! He was kind, communicative, and the work he did on our water heater was clearly an upgrade from what we had previously.
I am very disappointed with the service and customer support I received. I reached out by phone and later sent an email on July 31st regarding an issue where I believe I was overcharged by $700. Unfortunately, I never received a response, even after following up. The service provided did not reflect the cost I was charged, and no one seemed willing to address my concern. I expected more from a well-known company like Roto-Rooter, at the very least, a reply. Because of this experience, I will not be using their services again... read more
