I had a major mess. Water backed up and flooded my downstairs. Two hours after this flood, Joseph De La Cruz, field supervisor, was in my home, organizing clean up, decontamination and helping me contact insurance. He really walked me through this entire process and was a tremendous help. Then I had an entire team. Thank you Cory, Dehan, Abilio and Logan. You guys were professional, prompt, and polite. Special thanks to Cory for going above and beyond.

TLDR: I called Roto-Rooter Friday at 4pm. Quick, responsive, & professional. Work was done by 6pm! 5 stars! I put on an online request another big plumbing company last Sunday needed to fix a disposal this week. I called W when nobody called back. I was told they put me on TH schedule but then no showed twice. This is week before Spring Break and we couldn't leave to go to the theme park with the sink clogged and the disposal not working! Waited all day and nothing! Hey. Instead of over booking just tell someone you are not available. This is just disrespectful of customer’s time.

Came a day later than what was scheduled. Plumber said they don’t work on a certain brand of water softener and charged $60 for that . Most plumbing services offer this as part of free consultation.
