The technician was unable to resolve my issue, and unfortunately, the situation worsened during the diagnosis. I called for assistance, sent someone else again, and then charged me twice for the service. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be using their services again.
Caesar was great he came out explained all the details that I needed to fix and get the water heater up the code and everything! Would recommend them again and when I do get ready that I will be calling y'all
Cesar did an excellent job! He used shoe covers before entering the house, cleaned work site and demonstrated respect We would love have cesar again should there be another plumbing need
