We had an emergency pipe leak on Saturday night. By Sunday afternoon the pip was replaced and structural damages were being dried. This was a quick and easy process from start to finish. Shout out to Luke, Joshua, and Kahlil for all their help!

Extremely disappointing experience. We had a plumbing emergency and called multiple companies before choosing Roto-Rooter because they guaranteed a service window of 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. We specifically selected them over local plumbers based on that commitment. After waiting all evening, we were informed at 10:45 PM that no one would be coming and that the earliest available appointment was 8:00 AM the next morning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY I cant even put into words how frustrating it was to get anything done over the phone! You should expect to talk to at least 3 different people every time you call, as all they do is transfer you to the next person who is unable to help you.
