Cesar came out to fix our bathtub faucet and was professional and honest.
Randy provides the best service in Katy. It’s not even close. Great with people, fast working, and the best quality work. I’ve had them come out 3 times now for separate issues and they fixed everything better than the original build every time. I’ve recommended him to just about every family, and friend I know. Especially during the freezes!
Cesar came out gave us a quote told us what the issue was and how to get parts for the repair. We got another quote from ARS ROTO ROOTER. Which was not a great experience we didn’t like the customer service or service technician. After ARS left we called Caesar immediately and he came out today and got us hot water without the thousands of dollars ARS was trying to tell us we must spend. I whole heartily can say go with Roto Rooter they tell you the problem and the fix it for a fair price .
