On 7-25-2026 I called R-R to discuss the installation of a new water heater. Within an hour Jake,their employee,was at my front door. By 5:00 I had a new tank installed. I can't praise him enough. He was very thorough. There was no mess left behind. He did a great job. .

We had an absolutely terrible experience. First thing, we called Roto Rooter out to replace the main bathroom bathtub faucet and knobs because they’re old. The first tech sent to us caused damage to our main water shutoff valve and cut an unnecessary hole into our wall. Our water shutoff valve was repaired so poorly that the tech ran out before the water could be turned back on and when it was turned on, water leaks everywhere! I called Roto-Rooter at 7:30 in the morning and Steve was here in less than hour. He was prompt and knowledgeable . He got the job done and he cleaned up afterwards.
