Five Stars all the way around. Both the technicians Russell and Treyvon were very polite, informative and very personable. Customer Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Will always use them for my plumbing needs going forward. Pricing was ok some things were a bit pricey but again five stars.
We had a kitchen sink backup on the morning of Christmas Eve while I was preparing food for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals. After a few unsuccessful attempts to deal with it ourselves we called Roto-Rooter and they came out promptly and cleared the backup, saving our holidays. The young man who came was most kind. I would definitely use them again if needed.
